How Do I Sign Up?
- First choose the commitment length that is right for you (longer commitments = more savings to you) .
- Decide how many hours you want access to the facility per month.
- Decide if you want a Single membership or Group membership.
- Continue through the checkout process to sign up. Once you complete your first payment you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the building, schedule tee times, grant facility access to other users (if on a group plan), sign the liability waiver, and to create a Foresight Sports account.
How do I access the facility?
When you sign up for a membership you will receive several emails. In those emails you will receive instructions on how to book a session. Once a session is booked you will receive a text message with a link to unlock doors and some instructions with a link to a youtube video you can watch that shows how to get started once you arrive at the facility. The link to open the door only works 10 min. prior to your booked session up until 10 min after your session is complete.
How do I book a session?
Members use simplybook to book sessions at the facility. Go to the correct link below according to your membership level.
All UNLIMITED, MODERATE,LITE Members

3. Select the East or West Bay
4. select a time that is available.
5. If you are not already logged in it will ask you to do so using the email and password created when purchasing the membership.
6. Complete Your Booking
All NIGHT OWL Members
1. Please go to this link to book a session: CLICK HERE TO BOOK A SESSION (The Session name is “NIGHT OWL SESSION”)
3. Select the East or West Bay
4. select a time that is available.
5. If you are not already logged in it will ask you to do so using the email and password created when purchasing the membership.
6. Complete Your Booking
All Punch Pass or non-member Sessions
1. Please go to this link to book a session: CLICK HERE TO BOOK A SESSION (The Session name is “Nonmember/Punch Pass – 1 Hour Bay Reservation”)
3. Select the East or West Bay
4. select a time that is available.
5. If you have never booked a session with us before or created an account please create a new account. Otherwise login with the email you have used previously.
6. It will show that the session cost is $50. If you have a punch pass that is purchased and accociated with your account it will discount this to $0 automatically on the final screen of the checkout.
Will my membership automatically cancel after the initial commitment period?
No, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial commitment period unless you choose to pause or cancel it. Subsequent payments will be processed monthly until you decide to make changes to your subscription. Any changes must be made within your account or in writing to our team before the month when payments are processed.
If you know you only want your membership to run for the commitment length you signed up for please email us at contact@thegolflodge.club with your requested pause/end date and we will schedule your membership to cancel automatically for you. If we do not receive a written request your membership will continue.
Member Benefits
- ALL MEMBERSHIPS: Bring Up to 4 guests to every session at no extra Charge!
- Night Owls only have access from 11pm to 7am
- Advanced Reservations are allowed. Members can have up to the following concurrent/simultaneous 1 hour Sessions Booked:
- UNLIMITED: Up to 12 bookings(Group Memberships 12 Combined)
- MODERATE: Up to 8 bookings(Group Memberships 8 Combined)
- LIGHT: Up to 4 bookings(Group Memberships 4 Combined)
- NIGHT OWL’s: Up to 12 bookings(Group Memberships 12 Combined)
- Can book both bays simultaneously.
Limitations
- All plans include a daily maximum of 4 bay hours, accommodating either one bay for 4 hours or two bays for 2 hours.
Billing
All payments will be automatically processed on the day of the month the membership was originally purchased each month until the membership is cancelled by the member communicated via email sent to contact@thegolflodge.club. Written requests may be provided days or months in advance of desired end date.
Early Cancellation
If you choose to cancel before fulfilling your commitment, an early cancellation fee will apply.
- For 3 and 6-month commitments, a fee equivalent to one month will be assessed.
- For 9 and 12-month commitments, a fee equivalent to two months will be assessed.
